After receiving a first-class honour in my MA in Leadership in Workplace Health, I expanded into more diverse and neurodivergent aspects of self-advocacy, facilitation, career coaching and wellbeing consulting. ➡ I write a publication on Substack, where I am building a community around my writing on self-advocacy and neurodivergence ➡I do not accept journalist requests for unpaid contributions or expert opinions from 2023 ➡I write about being late confirmed Autistic, menopause, my artwork, grief, multiple miscarriages, burnout, major spinal surgery, autoimmune illness, my mum's sudden death, and my love of animals. I write as part of my life's work but do not have any notions about making a full-time career or living from this publication.
