Are You An Impulsive Decision Maker?

Here is my checklist to improve the quality of your decision making today.

How can we improve the quality of our decision making?

I was and still can be an impulsive decision maker.

So I made myself the following checklist. It has helped me improve my self-esteem and achieve many of my goals in life and business.

1. Am I engaging in the steps of rational decision making?

2. Am I owning responsibility for my future?

3. Am I in touch with the emotions that influence my decision making?

4. Am I using my self-talk to my advantage?

5. Am I engaging aligning my decision with my values and beliefs?

6. Are my perceptions accurate about my self and others aka are you telling yourself the truth? if it is BS call it.

7. Are my expectations realistic?

8. Am I articulating my goals clearly?

9. Do I understand what it will give me?

10. What will it not give me?

11. Am I visualising to the best effect?
