I so get this! I am glad to hear you healed. I had my spine fused in 2010 and healed well.

I am very grateful for that. Indeed I was patient with my healing process. I was 18 months recovering but it was worth it.

There are days now as a business owner I need to regain that sense of self and patience. I need to remind myself that everything worth having takes time.
