Why It Is Important To Be Consistent.

All the luck in the world won’t bring long term results.

Do you believe in luck or hard work and consistency?

Yesterday I met my trainer’s pet rabbit Dermot! Rabbits are well-known symbols of good luck. We have had a fair share of luck here recently with second chances (my 42-year-old husband survived a heart attack two weeks ago)That is a whole other article to write!

And so for that reason, I thought it was no harm to get a cuddle!

I am a believer that good luck has played a factor in my life, but that hard work and consistency has had a more significant impact on the results I get. Results come through sustained effort.

If I told you that you needed to write 1000 posts before one of them gets some interaction, would you write that many?

Or that you would have to go to the gym 100 times before you notice any weight loss?

Or do 2000 hours work before you get your first client?

Harsh truths.

But if you learn to be consistent in your life and work, you’ll not need to rely on luck. Being consistent is one of the most challenging things I have had to master. I am lucky I got a second chance with my health, happiness and career but to sustain it I have had to work hard.

What can consistency do for you?

  1. Help you go the extra mile.

2. Become more creative.

3. Increase your confidence and self-esteem.

4. Gain insight into who you are.

5. Help your personal and professional growth.

To conclude, it can change your life.
